What is Saccharomyces Boulardii?
Saccharomyces boulardii is a live yeast that supports digestive health. Unlike many probiotics, which contain bacteria, S. boulardii is a yeast. It passes through the digestive system without permanently staying in the gut.
Ingredients:
Live yeast strain: Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-3799
Live yeast culture, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Preplex® (gum acacia and fructo-oligosaccharide), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). May contain milk.
Vitamin D3 5µg (20% NRV)

Swallow the capsules whole or sprinkle them into your cool food or drink.
Adults and children 12+: Take 1-2 capsules daily, with food.
Children 3–11 years: Give 1 capsule daily, with food.
When taking antibiotics or travelling: Take 4 capsules a day. (2 capsules a day for children between 3–11). Continue for 2 weeks once your antibiotics course finishes and 1 week after you return from travelling.
If you have any severe side effects, stop use immediately and seek medical assistance as soon as possible.
