Did you know that you can now get a same-day gym and health club cancellation certificate with us?
If you have been sick, injured or you have a health condition that has affected your ability to exercise, you may require a medical certificate to suspend or cancel your gym or health club membership.
You can receive this certificate same-day without the need for an appointment. Simply upload video evidence and complete a questionnaire, wait for the doctor to validate, then receive your letter instantly via email.
Step One - Upload Evidence
A photo of your passport
Confirmation of when your sickness or condition start
Whether your sickness is ongoing, or you are now recovered
A 30-second to 1-minute video describing your medical symptoms
Details of your regular doctor (if you have one)
Step Two - Doctor Validates
When submitted before 9pm, your evidence is checked and validated by a UK-registered Doctor. If the doctor needs to speak to you regarding your evidence, they may need to give you a quick call, so make sure your contact information is up to date.
Step Three – Receive Your Document the Same Day
The digital PDF letter is signed by a UK-registered doctor and accepted worldwide. Validation includes a QR code that enables quick verification by the receiving party so that all details can be checked and verified as genuine.
You can wait 3-6 weeks for an approved letter from your GP surgery, but all the certificates on offer are guaranteed by 9pm the same day! This eases pressure on the NHS and enables you to provide documents quickly and in a cost-effective manner, to organisations that are requesting them.
